These terms apply when you buy or download Blender addons from TrendingVAULT. Please read them before you buy.
TrendingVAULT (trendingvault.uk) is a brand of Xdesigns Studio, owned and run by Sakeeb Faruque (sole proprietor), Dhaka, Bangladesh. We make Blender addons and free web tools. Your receipt and card statement may show Xdesigns Studio or Paddle – both are us. Contact: hello@trendingvault.uk.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle collects the payment, issues your receipt or invoice, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT.
You need a free account, created with Google or an email sign-in code, to download paid addons and their updates. Keep access to your email account safe. You can delete your account at any time from My Library; doing so removes your purchases from it.
Free addons are offered as they are, at no cost, under the same licence rules except that no payment is involved.
If an addon has a problem, contact us and we will fix it — see our Refund Policy. Orders, payments and refund requests are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the licence for that addon ends and it is removed from your library.
We test our addons carefully, but software can have bugs and Blender changes between versions. Always keep backups of your work. To the extent the law allows, the addons are provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost work or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought an addon continue to apply to that purchase.
